At NUSTAR, we are committed to provide a delightful, safe and fun gaming environment at all times. While we acknowledge that gaming is an alternative form of recreational activity, we aim to strongly uphold Responsible Gaming programs that prevent problem and underage gambling.

NUSTAR’s priority is to provide a properly-regulated gaming experience that will help patrons make informed gaming decisions.

WAYS TO PLAY RESPONSIBLY

  • Start by setting your time and money limits prior to playing.
  • Think of gaming as a form of leisure, not as a way of making money.
  • Take breaks in between.
  • Don’t play when you’re vulnerable — intoxicated, upset, disoriented.

ARE YOU ALLOWED TO PLAY?

With respect to the existing laws, rules, and regulations of the Philippine government, the following persons are not allowed to play in any casino in the country:

  • Persons under 21 years old
  • Officials or employees of the Government or any of its agencies
  • Members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines including the Army, the Navy, the Air Force, and the National Police

EXCLUSION PROGRAMS

In cooperation with PAGCOR, individuals are offered an option to exclude themselves from Philippine casinos for a certain period. This can be done through Self-Exclusion or Family-Exclusion. For more information, you may visit www.pagcor.ph/regulatory or email [email protected].

  • Self-exclusion
    You may apply for a self-exclusion program from any gaming establishment operated and regulated by PAGCOR for a period of six (6) months, one (1) year, or five (5) years. A self-exclusion period for the first six (6) months is irrevocable.

  • Family-exclusion
    Immediate family members such as spouse, child at least (18) eighteen years old, or a parent, may request for a player’s exclusion for a period of six (6) months, one (1) year, or five (5) years.
