NUSTAR HOLD’EM PROGRESSIVE POKER

RULES

1. After the hole cards have been dealt, Players will pick up their cards and declare their intention to either bet or fold.
2. Dealer will collect the Ante and Bonus wagers from each Player who decides to “fold”.
3. Cards will be individually spread face down by the Dealer to verify the Player has only two cards and then placed in discard rack.
4. Player who elects to bet will place their cards face down on playing area and a wager equal to twice the value of the Ante on the “Flop” betting area.

6. “Turn” and “River” Rounds of Betting
7. The best winning hand will be the higher ranking five-card poker hand consisting of any combination of the five Community cards and the Player’s Hole cards compared to the Dealer’s Hole cards. The Dealer will then proceed to open each Player’s hand in turn, declaring the value of each hand, and its win/loss status.
8. When a Player has a losing hand, and no winning Progressive Jackpot hand, they may concede the hand using a sweeping motion of their hand towards Dealer. In this case, the cards need only be checked face down for the correct number of cards.9. Players are not permitted to communicate, other than declaring an intention to either fold or place wagers, until all Players have completed the betting round.
