Step into the stories, flavors, and traditions that have shaped Cebu’s culinary identity through Taste Cebu 2026: Heirloom Culinary Gallery at NUSTAR Resort Cebu.

Curated by Cebuano author and food historian Louella Theresa A. Eslao-Alix, Taste Cebu invites guests on a one-hour guided journey through a series of thoughtfully curated spaces that celebrate the rich heritage, evolution, and future of Cebuano cuisine.

The experience begins in the Listening Room, where guests are introduced to the people, influences, and history that have shaped Cebu’s food culture. From there, guests will explore four themed galleries that showcase different chapters of Cebu’s culinary story, from heirloom traditions and homegrown flavors to festive food culture and contemporary interpretations of Cebuano cuisine. Each gallery is paired with curated tastings that bring the narratives to life.

• Each ticket is valid only for the specific date and session time selected upon purchase.
• Guests are encouraged to arrive at least 15–30 minutes before their scheduled session for registration and wristband claiming. Entry will not be permitted once the guided tour has commenced.
• Taste Cebu is a guided culinary gallery experience conducted in scheduled batches. Each session runs for approximately one (1) hour and includes access to the Listening Room and all designated tasting galleries.
• Paid tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person.
• Guests who miss their scheduled session will not be allowed entry on their scheduled session once the session has started. Entry to the next batch is subject to availability of slots.
• Valid Senior Citizen and Persons with Disability (PWD) discounts will be honored in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Discounted tickets may be purchased at the on-site ticket selling booth located at the Fili Hotel lobby beginning July 6, 2026. Guests must present a valid ID upon ticket purchase and again upon entry for verification.
• Photography and videography may take place during the event. By entering the venue, guests consent to the use of their image, likeness, and voice in event documentation and promotional materials without compensation.
• NUSTAR Resort Cebu reserves the right to modify event schedules, program details, and inclusions without prior notice. The organizer likewise reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
