Double Your Entries

NUSTAR Rewards members can earn double raffle entries on qualifying shopping and dining transactions every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, excluding public holidays.

A single same-day receipt is required, together with the member’s physical NUSTAR Rewards card. All NUSTAR Rewards tiers qualify for double entries. Membership sign-up is free at the NUSTAR Rewards Counter.

There is no limit to the number of raffle entries a guest may earn throughout the promotion period. Completed raffle entries may be dropped at the designated raffle boxes at the Rewards Counter or The Mall Concierge.

MECHANICS

• This promotion is open to all guests of 21 years old and above; employees, affiliates, tenants and their employees, and partners are disqualified from participating.
• Raffle entry requirements are as follows:
  1. Gaming
     • Must be a NUSTAR Rewards club member in good standing.
     • For every 100 points earned, a qualified member will receive two (2) raffle entries.
     • Raffle entries will be issued in increments of 100 points only. Partial points below the next 100-point increment will not generate additional raffle entries.
     • 50 points or any points below 100 will not qualify as one (1) raffle entry and cannot be combined with another transaction or earning period to complete the required 100 points, unless otherwise approved under the official promotion mechanics.
     • Guests must proceed to the Rewards Counter to redeem their raffle entries.
  2. Shopping
     • For every PHP 5,000.00 spent at participating outlets during the promotion period, guests are entitled to one (1) raffle entry.
     • Guests must present their valid receipt/s at The Mall Concierge in exchange for a raffle entry. Multiple receipts can be combined as long as they are all dated within the promotion period.

      • For every PHP 5,000.00 spent at participating outlets during the promotion period, guests are entitled to one (1) raffle entry.
      • Guests must present their valid receipt/s at The Mall Concierge in exchange for a raffle entry. Multiple receipts can be combined as long as they are all dated within the promotion period.
      • Participating outlets include all dining options in NUSTAR Resort Cebu, except for In-room Dining. Participating outlets are as follows,

1. 1. NUSTAR Rewards members can double their entries to be earned based on the following criteria:
      • Shopping or dining transactions on every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of the month, excluding public holidays.
      • Single receipt only. Transaction date must reflect the present date.
      • The NUSTAR Rewards member must present their physical card.
      • Any NUSTAR Rewards tier is qualified for double entries. Sign up is free at the NUSTAR Rewards counter.
      • Sample computation is as follows:
        • PHP 5,000.00 single dining receipt = 1 entry + 1 bonus entry
        • PHP 10,000.00 single shopping receipt = 2 entries + 2 bonus entries

1. 1. All submitted receipts will be verified and stamped. Stamped receipts may no longer be used to qualify for future raffle entries.
   2. There is no cap on the number of raffle entries a guest may earn during the promotion period.
   3. Guests can drop their raffle entries at any of the designated raffle box locations:

   4. Winners will be drawn live at the NUSTAR Resort Cebu Atrium on January 06, 2027, supervised by a DTI representative.
   5. Guests are not required to be present at the time of the raffle draw to be eligible to win.

NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS

Winners shall be notified through text message, phone call, registered mail, and email using their registered contact details and address on or before January 15, 2027 with instructions on how to claim their prize.

REDEMPTION/CLAIMING OF PRIZES

1. Winners shall have sixty (60) days from the date of notification to claim their prizes.
2. Any prize not claimed within the prescribed period shall be forfeited in favor of the promo sponsor, subject to the prior approval of DTI, in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.

GRAND PRIZE PROCEDURE FOR REDEMPTION

1. The winner must claim their prize by sending an email to [email protected] with a clear copy of their valid primary government ID and their TIN ID.
2. Three (3) years LTO Registration, three (3) years TPL insurance, and any applicable taxes will be shouldered by NUSTAR Resort Cebu.
3. LTO Registration shall be placed under the winner’s name, based on the submitted valid primary government ID.
4. After completion of all required documents, awarding of the vehicle to the winner will be at the entrance of the NUSTAR Casino Lobby, with the following witnesses.
   • NUSTAR Audit representative
   • NUSTAR Brand Marketing representative
   • DTI representative

MINOR PRIZE PROCEDURE FOR REDEMPTION

1. The winner will be issued a gift certificate which must be claimed at the Fili Hotel Concierge.
2. The gift certificate entitles the winner to the full reservation of all Seventy-six (76) seats in the NUSTAR Premier Cinemas – VIP Cinema (Cinema 1) for their selected movie schedule.
3. To redeem their prize, the winner must send an email to [email protected] with the following information:
   • Clear copy of the gift certificate
   • Valid primary government ID matching the registered name of the winning raffle ticket.
   • Selected movie title
   • Selected movie schedule (date & time)
4. Selected movie schedule is subject to availability.
5. Prior reservation is required and must be made at least one week before the selected movie schedule.
6. A list of NUSTAR Premier Cinemas movie schedules can be found at https://robinsonsmovieworld.com/.
7. Confirmed reservations are final and may not be rebooked or cancelled.
8. After confirmation of the reservation, all Seventy-six (76) tickets can be claimed by the winner at the NUSTAR Premier Cinemas ticket counter on the day of the selected schedule. The winner must present the gift certificate together with a valid primary government ID upon claiming.
9. The gift certificate is valid until December 31, 2027.
10. Lost gift certificates will not be replaced.

1. Stamped receipts cannot be used for other NUSTAR raffle draws.
2. All raffle entries are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other consideration.
3. Raffle tickets lost before being dropped in the designated raffle boxes will not be reprinted.
4. Raffle draw will be conducted under DTI supervision.
5. Prizes are non-transferable and not convertible to cash.
6. Proxy claiming of prizes is not allowed.
7. Any attempt to manipulate, duplicate, alter, or otherwise circumvent the promotion mechanics may result in disqualification and/or other appropriate action.
8. Personal information collected will be used solely for promo administration in accordance with applicable laws.
9. Management reserves the right to verify all qualifying points, entries, and winner information.
10. NUSTAR reserves the right to amend the promo mechanics. No amendment, modification, suspension, or cancellation of this promo shall be made without the prior written approval of DTI.

1. Are payments through vouchers or gift certificates allowed for raffle entries?
   • No, only cash or credit card payments will qualify for raffle entries. For receipts paid in both cash/credit card and vouchers/gift certificates, only the value paid in cash or credit card will be used as a basis for raffle entries.
2. Can I use a previous/older receipt?
   • Receipts are only valid if they are dated within the promotion period.
3. Can I combine dining and shopping receipts?
   • Yes, dining and shopping receipts can be combined as long as they are both dated within the promotion period.
4. Are receipts for dining (ex. Fili Café 2+1) or shopping (ex. B1T1) promotions accepted?
