• Membership in the NUSTAR Rewards Club is required for participation.
• Earn one (1) tournament ticket for every 300 Rewards Points earned from October 12, 2026 (6:00 AM) to November 26, 2026 (5:59 AM).
• Additional Entry Requirements: Earn one (1) additional entry for every 150 Rewards Points earned on tournament day, November 26, 2026 (6:00 AM) to November 27, 2026 (9:30 PM), with a maximum of two (2) entries per patron.
• Each patron may earn a maximum of eight (8) total entries, including the complimentary ticket, as follows:
  • Zodiac & Universe: up to 6 tickets (inclusive of 1 complimentary ticket)
  • Star, Sky & Sun: up to 6 tickets
  • Tournament Day Special: maximum of 2 tickets
• All Finalists from Slots Tournament 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 (ranks 2 to 12, except for Champions), will automatically advance to the Semi-Final Round.
• All Champions from Slots Tournament 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, will automatically advance to the Final Round.

Ticket Printing during the Qualifying Round will start from 2:30 PM to 10:00 PM.

QUALIFYING ROUND

• A total of twelve (12) slot machines will be used in Tournament mode.
• Each game session will run for two (2) minutes. The number of sessions per player will depend on the total number of entries earned.
• The maximum number of codes per patron per day is four (4). Any excess codes may be used on the second day of the qualifying round.
• The Top Forty-Six (46) participants will advance to the Semi-Final Round, based on the leaderboard ranking of top players.

WILD CARD DRAW

• Five (5) lucky participants from the qualifying round who did not advance will be selected through a wild card draw.
• Players will be given two (2) minutes to proceed to the event area. Failure to do so will result in a redraw.

SEMI-FINAL ROUND

• A total of one hundred (100) qualified players will compete in the Semi-Final Round.
  • 46 Players from the Qualifying Round
  • 46 Players from the previous tournaments (ranks 2 to 12)
  • 5 Wild Card Players
  • 3 Pre-Selected Players from the Marketing Hosts (International & Domestic Teams)
• Twelve (12) slot machines will be used in Tournament mode.
• Each game session will run for two (2) minutes, and each patron will be allowed one (1) game only.
• The Top Seven (7) players from the semi-finals will advance to the Final Round.
• All semi-finalists who do not advance to the final round will receive ₱2,000.00 worth of Free Play, distributed as follows:
  • PHP 1,000.00 will be credited on the day of the semi-final round.
  • PHP 1,000.00 will be credited upon their return on December 3, 2026, redeemable at the Rewards Club Counter any time until 11:59 PM.

FINAL ROUND

• A total of twelve (12) players will compete in the Final Round.
  • Top 7 from the Final Round
  • 5 Champions from the previous tournament legs
• Each game session will run for two (2) minutes.
• The player with the highest score will be declared the Champion of the Slots Tournament.
