Requirements:
  • Open exclusively to UNIVERSE Members.
  • UNIVERSE members may earn additional 300,000 tier points to get 150,000 gaming credits and points, up to 2x per milestone period
Mechanics:
  • Open to UNIVERSE cardholders only.
  • Milestone tracking starts on tier upgrade date.
    • For 2026 renewals (2025 renewals), tracking runs from January 1, 2026 until card expiry.
  • Rewards structure:
    • Earn 150,000 gaming credits for the first 300,000 Tier Points
    • Earn another 150,000 gaming credits for the next 300,000 Tier Points
  • Milestone points are counted in addition to tier qualification points.
  • Each member can redeem up to 2 Milestone Rewards per 365-day period.
  • Redemption is available at the Rewards Counter only.
  • Rewards must be redeemed within the milestone period (no carryover).
Promotion Period:

January 1, 2026 (6:00 AM) – December 31, 2026 (08:00 PM)

Terms & Conditions:
  • Open exclusively to UNIVERSE NUSTAR Rewards members.
  • Milestone period is 365 days from tier upgrade date; for 2026, points earned from January 1 until card expiry are counted.
  • Members may earn a maximum of 2 Milestone Rewards per milestone period.
  • Rewards must be claimed within the 365-day period; no extensions or carryovers.
  • Rewards are:
    • Non-transferable
    • Not exchangeable for cash, credit, or other gifts
    • Not reissued if expired
  • Personal appearance is required for redemption; no proxies allowed.
  • All redemptions are subject to verification by NUSTAR Rewards Club.
  • Any fraud, manipulation, or false points activity will result in disqualification and cancellation of rewards.
  • NUSTAR reserves the right to:
    • Verify eligibility and transactions
    • Withhold or cancel rewards in case of fraud or non-compliance
    • Modify or discontinue the promotion (subject to PAGCOR consultation)
  • Management has the right to refuse participation or redemption for barred, self-excluded, or suspended patrons.
  • In case of disputes, NUSTAR’s decision is final (subject to PAGCOR regulatory authority).
  • NUSTAR is not liable for system errors or operational issues affecting points or rewards.

EXCLUSION PROGRAMS

  • Self-exclusion
    You may apply for a self-exclusion program from any gaming establishment operated and regulated by PAGCOR for a period of six (6) months, one (1) year, or five (5) years. A self-exclusion period for the first six (6) months is irrevocable.
  • Family-exclusion
    Immediate family members such as spouse, child at least (18) eighteen years old, or a parent, may request for a player’s exclusion for a period of six (6) months, one (1) year, or five (5) years.
