Cancellation and Deposit Policy:

  • Full prepayment of the total room charges, including tax and service charge is required at the point of reservation. Non-cancellable, non-refundable.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Booking period is from 01 January 2026 – 31 December 2026.
  • Valid for stays on 1 April 2026 – 31 December 2026.
  • A maximum of two children, 12 years old and below, can stay for free using existing beds. Third adult will be charged 2,000 +++ inclusive of buffet breakfast.
  • A maximum of two children, ages 0 to 6 years old, can eat breakfast for free and a maximum of two children ages 7 to 12 years old can enjoy a 50% discount off the breakfast rate.
  • Check-in time is at 3:00 PM and check-out time is on or before 12:00 PM.
  • Rates are in Philippine Peso, and inclusive of 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes, currently at 12% VAT and 0.75% local tax.
  • Offer is valid for new FIT reservations only and does not apply to groups.
  • Senior citizens and PWDs may either avail of this promotional discount or the standard discount from the regular rack rate provided under the expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for persons with disability, whichever is higher.
