Terms and Conditions:
- Only NUSTAR Rewards members who are also enrolled in the PAL Mabuhay Miles frequent flyer program are eligible for conversion.
- The conversion rate is 1,000 NUSTAR Rewards points = 750 Mabuhay Miles.
- Conversions are one-way and final. Points cannot be refunded or reversed once converted.
- A minimum of 1,000 NUSTAR Rewards points is required per transaction. Points must be converted in increments of 1,000 (e.g., 1,000; 2,000; 3,000, etc.).
- Processing time for credited miles is within 48 hours from the time of conversion.
- The Mabuhay Miles account name must exactly match the name on the member’s NUSTAR Rewards account. Miles cannot be credited to a third-party account.
- NUSTAR Resorts shall not be held liable for any incorrect or incomplete member details that result in failed or delayed point transfers.
- All converted miles are subject to the terms, conditions, expiration, and redemption policies of the PAL Mabuhay Miles program.
- NUSTAR Resorts reserves the right to amend the conversion rate, mechanics, and applicable terms without prior notice.
