  8. The management may decline the acceptance of a person from participating if found to be a blacklisted person, e.g., self-exclusion, barred, or suspended casino patron.
  9. The gift is final and cannot be exchanged for cash, gaming credits, or transferred to another individual.
  10. By participating in the promotion, members are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as may be updated by NUSTAR Resort & Casino from time to time.

  • Self-exclusion
    You may apply for a self-exclusion program from any gaming establishment operated and regulated by PAGCOR for a period of six (6) months, one (1) year, or five (5) years. A self-exclusion period for the first six (6) months is irrevocable.
  • Family-exclusion
    Immediate family members such as spouse, child at least (18) eighteen years old, or a parent, may request for a player’s exclusion for a period of six (6) months, one (1) year, or five (5) years.
