Give your little prince or princess a Halloween to remember at The Enchanted Ball. On October 31, 2026, The Mall at NUSTAR Cebu transforms into a magical celebration filled with trick-or-treating, activities, entertainment, and more, with a special movie experience to cap off the evening. 

A minimum accumulated spend of PHP 5,000 at participating outlets from October 5 to 30, 2026 secures one child’s place. Participation is open to children 12 years old and below and is limited to the first 100 pre-registered participants on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Date and Time: October 31, 2026, 1:00 PM onwards 

1. Accumulate receipts totaling at least PHP 5,000 from participating outlets from October 5 to 30, 2026. Receipts may only be used once. 
2. Present your qualifying receipts at The Mall Concierge, Level 1, The Mall at NUSTAR Cebu.
3. After verification, the parent or legal guardian will complete the registration e-form.
4. An email confirmation containing a unique QR code will be sent upon successful registration. Present this QR code during registration on October 31.

• Access for two (2) to the block screening of The Land Before Time at 7:00 PM at NUSTAR Premier Cinema

1. Qualifying receipts must total at least PHP 5,000 and be dated from October 5 to 30, 2026. Receipts may only be used once.  
2. Participation is limited to the first 100 pre-registered children, 12 years old and below, on a first-come, first-served basis.  
3. Pre-registration is available at The Mall Concierge, Level 1, The Mall at NUSTAR Cebu from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM on weekdays and 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM on weekends, until all 100 slots have been filled.  
4. Upon verification of the qualifying receipt/s, the parent or legal guardian must complete the registration e-form with the required guest and child information.  
5. A confirmation email containing a unique QR code will be sent upon successful registration. The QR code must be presented during event-day registration.  
6. Registration and Halloween Kit claiming will take place on October 31, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM at Level 2, The Mall. Trick-or-treating and activities will be held from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Level 4. 
7. Each registered participant will receive a Halloween Kit containing one (1) wristband, one (1) trick-or-treat map/booklet, one (1) trick-or-treat bag, and access for two (2) to the 7:00 PM block screening of The Land Before Time at NUSTAR Premier Cinema.  
8. The wristband must be worn throughout the event and presented when requested at the program venue and designated trick-or-treat stations.  
9. Halloween Kit items are non-transferable and not convertible to cash.  
10. Any unclaimed items will be subject to forfeiture in favor of NUSTAR Resort Cebu, subject to prior approval by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).  
11. Employees of NUSTAR Resort Cebu, including manpower agencies, retail and food outlet employees and suppliers, Universal Hotels and Resorts Incorporated (UHRI), Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC), and Robinsons Hotels and Resorts (RHR), including relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity and/or affinity, are disqualified from joining the promotion.
