In an intimate restaurant preview, NUSTAR Resort Cebu unveiled its soon-to-open Sichuanese restaurant Huangdi in collaboration with famed wine bar Cork in BGC. A five-course special menu made by NUSTAR Resort Cebu Executive Chef Martin Rebolledo was served to complement the selection of wines from Champagne Billecart Salmon, a storied family-owned winery that’s two centuries old in the Champagne region of France.
